Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Pncsquare, we strive to provide the best services for students seeking admission guidance, form-filling, and counseling assistance.

As our services involve personalized consulting and digital products, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis before the service process has fully commenced. If the service delivery has started or digital goods have been provided, the payment may be considered non-refundable.

Eligibility for Refund:

• If you cancel within 24 hours of payment and no service steps (e.g., plan creation, choice filling, document verification) have been initiated.
• In the rare event that a requested service cannot be provided by our team due to technical issues on our end.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.

You may request cancellation by contacting us at contact@pncsquare.in. If the cancellation request is received within 24 hours of order placement and the service execution hasn't begun, we may initiate a full or partial refund.

If you wish to stop utilizing our services after the work has commenced, you may choose not to proceed further; however, any refund in such scenarios is strictly dependent on the amount of work already delivered and is at the sole discretion of the management.
